1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 19aceph website, mobile platform, games, promotions, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing the Platform in any manner — whether by browsing, registering an account, depositing funds, or participating in any game — you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be legally bound by them.

These Terms apply in addition to any game-specific rules, bonus terms, or promotional conditions that 19aceph may publish from time to time. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any game-specific or promotional rules, these Terms shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.

19aceph reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2. Eligibility

To register and use the 19aceph Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for participation in real-money online gaming in the Philippines as regulated by PAGCOR. Persons under 21 years of age are strictly prohibited from registering or playing on 19aceph.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of 19aceph, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from the 19aceph Platform or any affiliated platform.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by 19aceph or any relevant regulatory authority.

19aceph reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your account and the forfeiture of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

3. Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the 19aceph Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested during the registration process.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to ensure it remains accurate and complete at all times.
• Keep your login credentials — including your username and password — strictly confidential and not share them with any third party.
• Notify 19aceph immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your account.
• Accept full responsibility for all activity conducted through your account, whether or not authorized by you.

19aceph will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with the above obligations. Account security is your responsibility. We strongly recommend using a strong, unique password and enabling any available two-factor authentication features.

19aceph reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraud, identity misrepresentation, or any violation of these Terms.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 19aceph Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified. The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on your account verification status and chosen payment method.
• Accepted payment methods include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. 19aceph reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time.
• Deposits are generally credited to your 19aceph wallet instantly or within a short processing window depending on the payment provider. 19aceph is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

Withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and may require the submission of supporting documents.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as your 19aceph account. 19aceph will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• 19aceph reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending the completion of any ongoing investigation into suspected fraud, bonus abuse, or Terms violations.
• Any bonus funds credited to your account are subject to applicable wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Refer to the specific bonus terms for details.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

19aceph may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload promotions, and other incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual offer:

• Bonuses are intended for personal entertainment use only and may not be transferred, sold, or exchanged.
• Each promotion is available once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements and eligible games are specified in the individual promotion terms.
• 19aceph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Any bonus funds that have not yet been wagered at the time of cancellation may be removed from your account.
• 19aceph reserves the right to withhold or reclaim any bonus or associated winnings where it determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, collusion, or any other form of fraudulent activity in connection with a promotion.
• Players who have opted out of marketing communications may not be eligible to receive certain promotional offers.

6. Gameplay Rules

All games available on the 19aceph Platform are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules in addition to these Terms.

• All game outcomes on 19aceph are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) or, in the case of live dealer games, by the physical outcome of real-world game events conducted by trained dealers.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, 19aceph will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue fairly. However, 19aceph shall not be liable for any losses arising from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.
• Game results displayed on the Platform are final. 19aceph reserves the right to void any game round where a technical error is found to have materially affected the outcome.
• Players are prohibited from using any software, tool, algorithm, or strategy designed to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other players, including but not limited to bots, automated betting scripts, or exploit-based strategies.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 19aceph Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
• Registering or operating more than one account on the Platform.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal means or from payment accounts not registered in your own name.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional offers.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the Platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the Platform's software or infrastructure.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 19aceph staff, support agents, or other players.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Allowing any person under the age of 21 to access or use your account.

8. Responsible Gaming

You acknowledge that:

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the 19aceph Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and layout of the Platform — is the exclusive property of 19aceph or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent from 19aceph.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any Platform content.
• Use any 19aceph trademarks, logos, or brand elements without express written authorisation.
• Frame or mirror any part of the Platform on any other website or platform.

Any unauthorised use of 19aceph's intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by 19aceph.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 19aceph, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits, or revenue.
• Loss of data or account information.
• Interruption or unavailability of the Platform due to technical issues, maintenance, or circumstances beyond 19aceph's reasonable control.
• Errors or inaccuracies in game results caused by technical malf unctions or third-party provider failures.

19aceph's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 19aceph account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 19aceph makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors.

11. Privacy

19aceph collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

19aceph implements industry-standard security measures to protect your personal data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and 19aceph cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

12. Termination

19aceph reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if it determines in its sole discretion that you have violated any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or posed a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other players.

Upon termination of your account:

• Your right to access and use the Platform will cease immediately.
• Any bonus funds or promotional credits in your account will be forfeited.
• Any verified real-money balance remaining in your account (net of any applicable deductions for Terms violations) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification or investigation.

You may also request the voluntary closure of your account at any time by contacting 19aceph support. Voluntary closure requests are subject to the same withdrawal processing conditions as standard withdrawals.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 19aceph Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

19aceph operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with the laws of their own jurisdiction.

14. Amendments

19aceph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 19aceph will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Where practicable, 19aceph may also notify registered players of significant changes via email or an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the Platform after any amendments have been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.
